there's a note on the door saying that he was going to return March 1st due to a death in his family but unfortunately I went on March 1st and the restaurant was still closed I'm assuming he may have went back home and could be staying there a little longer,or something has happened and problems have arised with him trying to get home.
Yes it is, they have moved to John B Dennis, down in front of them Kingsport Raceway.
I don't know his name but he's always there and usually is the host/waiter/cashier
